1. What brands do you carry?

We are not committed to any particular brand of equipment. As a telecommunications systems integrator, we discuss with the clients their requirements and find out the most responsive and cost effective solutions and bundle the appropriate hardware or software.

2. What differentiates NESIC Philippines from other systems integrator?

NESIC Philippines' experience and expertise in both telecommunication and IT infrastructure domestically and internationally is one big differential advantage.

3. Do you have a customer care department to attend to clients w/ complaints or inquiries?

We do not have specific assigned department to attend to customer's inquiry or complaint since each individual in our organization is empowered to attend to our customer's inquiries or complaints. 5. Can my company apply for supplier's accreditation?

Yes, to qualify for NPI's supplier accreditation, we request the following:

  1. Letter of intent
  2. Company profile
  3. Track record and accomplishment
  4. Last 3 years financial statements
  5. SEC registration and business permits

6. How do I request for a quotation? What currency do you accept?

Normally, quotations for projects vary depending on your requirement and scope. We do not give quotations without our account executives discussing the details of your requirements. We accept Philippine peso and U.S. dollar currencies.
